Day Forty-Nine:

I got up at 5:30…

I checked my UI, and my two-weeks pay was there. Gotta love it, more money for the coffers!

I changed things-up a bit and rode the bicycle, them came home and did a walk. The bike really worked some muscles I hadn’t used for a while. Good stuff!

Erin just left for her walk and I am going to take a shower.

I’m still waiting to see my radish seedlings pop-up in the pots on the patio. We should see them in the next few days. I can’t wait! Next will be potatoes, tomatoes, and carrots. I think I will plant chives, green onions, and a small herb garden. I’m probably being overly optimistic. What the hell, I can dream!

Erin is now getting UI. This is the first time we have both been unemployed since we did our USA road trip in 2005.

I got back in the writing chair, and finished Chapter 42. It’s a 3000 word chapter. I still haven’t decided whether to make this the end of Part 1, or to just continue without the break. I’m leaning toward making a Part 2. I think the story needs to take a breath.

I’ve also decided to continue posting ANF’s Audio Chapters through chapter 7.
