Day Forty-Four:

Top of the morning stay-at-homer’s, I made Peets, worked on the blog, and read about the way they are thinking of re-opening baseball. It is a very interesting idea…

I did not walk today.

I left at 7:30 with our shopping list to Trader Joe’s. Their Senior shopping starts at 8 am. I was in a line of about twenty people, spaced six feet apart, everyone had masks, and some had gloves. It was very orderly, they let us into the store, and handed us disinfectant wipes, then directed us to different parts of the store depending on how many people were in each area.

I have to say it was a very pleasant experience, I was in and out in less than forty-five minutes. Wow!

Erin worked, painting the round tabletop I made for the fire pit. She painted it with a depiction of the life-ring that hung on the rail of our 36 foot trawler, “The Jessie James”. It looks great!!

I finished editing my recording with the new audio gear and posted it on this site. It is in the section: “Audio Files”, under, “A New Frontier Ch 1”.

We had salads, Erin knitted downstairs, and I watched “Stephen Colbert” on YouTube upstairs.

Bed Time…
